“Louie has taken the challenge of growing and developing the social medial platform for our sports medicine service line. He introduced new concepts and strategies carefully and with patient explanation to decision makers who are unfamiliar with this technology and not always comfortable with it. He started small, gained the confidence of our team and gradually increased our reach. I say this because he has the ability to read people, get them out of their comfort zone and achieve the strategic vision. These are great qualities that will serve him well in any endeavor. While Louie is professionally very strong, it is his personality and ability to connect with people that sets him apart. He is able to sincerely relate with people and shows an interest in their work. He promotes a trusting environment that allows group projects to move forward expeditiously. This is a talent that is unusual and makes him a valuable asset to the organization”
“I have had the pleasure of working with Louie over the past year and have been most impressed with his work. Louie has been very courteous, positive, professional and always has new ideas and strategies as we formulate our social media plans for sporting events. He is always prepared and comes to the table with a winning, thought-out plan. I’ve also witnessed an innate ability to effectively communicate and engage with fellow team members and partners in strategic planning meetings over the past year. While Louie’s professional skills are rock solid, I believe it is his energizing personality and character that sets him apart and makes him a valid candidate for this position. He honestly seems to value every conversation he has with people and I believe that is a trait that is essential in any type of leadership or management position.”
““I have had the privilege of working with Louie for the past year. Louie has had the difficult task of guiding myself and others into the unfamiliar world of social media which can be very intimidating for those of us looking from the outside. Louie approached this task very professionally and due to our lack of knowledge in this area he was relegated to starting from the beginning. He showed a great deal of patience and understanding with our level of understanding. Subsequently, we have in turn come to appreciate the multiple benefits of social media for our department with Louie’s mentoring. Louie is very energetic, passionate and utilizes his skillset to its fullest. He is easy to communicate with and very professional in all his communications. He is a very goal oriented and is able to work well with others to develop the plan for achieving those goals.””
“Louie Novak is the type of person everyone wants as part of their team. Here at The University of Kansas Health System, I work very closely with Louie and have personally experienced how he has guided our efforts within The Center for Concussion Management, taking a diagnosis often met with heavy criticism in the media, and turning it into a shining star for our organization. Often you find something is lacking in your organization, but can’t pinpoint what exactly that “something” is. My experience with Louie is that he is just that -that missing “something.” Louie came on board strong and created a role out of a framework of ideas. He has integrated himself so well and so quickly, that it’s not difficult to notice his contributions, yet, at the same time he always manages to maintain a positive attitude, approach, and candor, which are always welcome. He has demonstrated his ability to learn and delve into difficult topics with ease, such as successfully putting a positive spin on what can be unsettling for others when they hear the word “concussion.” His ability to develop and share content to increase concussion awareness across multiple platforms has been great for growing awareness in a positive fashion. Louie has grown in his role over the past two years and is always looking for innovative ways to continue to increase knowledge and awareness. Innovative approaches and effective and efficient communication are Louie’s strong points. He is terrific talking to everyone across our health system. His ability to engage the professional, the student, the staff and a child are all unique. He has been a terrific asset to not only my area (concussion), but to our entire organization.”
“We had the pleasure of working with Louie on our strategic marketing plan as part of his Capstone class. Louie was able to assess the market, trends and our competition and offer unique insights and suggestions on ways we could improve our overall marketing strategy. His knowledge of web, social and general marketing communications were made obvious in the excellent plan he helped develop. I’ve now had the opportunity to work with Louie in two different capacities (first while he was at NAIA). He’s easy to work with and contributes very thoughtful, actionable ideas that I’ve found valuable. He would be a great asset for any company luck enough to have him.”
“I had the pleasure of having Louie in my Integrated Marketing Communications class. Louie brings a high level of creativity to challenges, attacking assignments in truly novel ways. Such out-of-the-box thinking would prove valuable to any organization. ”
“Louie is an excellent worker. He is willing to do anything we ask and he consistently displays a desire to learn and improve. We are very impressed with Louie.”
“Louie is a very enthusiastic worker who is motivated to work well independently and is also a great team player, always ready to help out the team. He is very professional and has a great work ethic, being diligent to complete his projects correctly and in a timely manner even under tight deadlines. He is efficient and organized, keeping excellent notes and records with great attention to detail so that he can refer to them later for future projects. Louie is a pleasure to work with and I can say with confidence that he would be an asset to any team.”
“Louie is a conscientious worker who gets up to speed quickly on new tasks. Sprint.com is a very hectic, fast-paced and highly visible channel of business, so there is little time for lengthy training sessions. Louie is valuable because he jumps in and breaks his work down into the individual components quickly, so he can identify what’s missing from the Business Owner. That allows me as a PM to better pinpoint the issues and get him the answers he needs. In short, Louie gets work done and does it in a timely way.”
“Louie has a passion for broadcasting. He is always been eager for any assignment and often suggests some on his own that can improve our programing.”
“He has been an outstanding employee. He never misses work. He’s extremely conscientious in his approach to all assignments. I highly recommend Louie without any reservations.”
“During Louie’s time at the NAIA, he was the on-site representative for the organization at several national championship events and served as a solid member of the sports information department. In addition to Louie’s everyday responsibilities he contributed numerous feature stories that were featured on the web and in external and internal communications. Louie was always resourceful and looking for opportunities to make an impact. Over the last few years I’ve watched Louie grow as a professional and have always admired his ability to be a team player and contributor. Louie is eager to learn and a dedicated professional.”
“Louie is someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He’s indispensable. Louie would be a valuable employee for your company.”
“Louie is a creative, well organized and professional communicator. The background Louie can offer related to tactical implementation of communication strategy is an excellent asset. It has been a pleasure to work and study along side of Louie and can recommend his work.”
“His work ethic and commitment to the job is the best I’ve seen though. He is always very helpful and willing to take on whatever comes his way. He works extremely well with offices, and responds with the highest level of customer service. Overall, great employee and asset to the team. I really appreciate his hard work and effort.”
